a) 200 hours MULTISTYLE

This training is for passionate yoginis who want to explore the rich spectrum of yoga’s colours, to get to the roots of this tree that is Hatha Yoga. We explore general principles that allow you to teach balanced yoga classes matching everybody’s needs and abilities. The program is rooted in the deep spiritual principles of the yoga lifestyle: "being yoga" rather than doing yoga. The program is based in the personal experience of the students through the journey of their own chakras.

The goal of this training is to let students discover their interests and personal powers, knowing that we all have different tastes and assets to share when we teach yoga. The training will also work well for yoginis who seek a personal transformation while deepening their understanding of yoga.

The school of Yoga of Life understands itself as a source of inspiration to change our lives, adapt our modes of living and practicing yoga in all our daily activities, from A to Z. The Yoga of Life program puts an emphasis on the BODY-HEART-SPIRIT connection by encouraging participants to question themselves and participate in a program of detoxification by Dr. Junger.

The professional training involves the foundation of Hatha Yoga with a multistyle approach including, among others: Vinyasa, Sivananda, Yin, Nidra Yoga, Restorative, Naad Yoga, Meditation, QiGong, Laughter Yoga, etc.

Diploma officially recognized by the Canadian Yoga Alliance (CYA).

b) YIN YOGA (40 HOURS) Devotion to the divine feminine

This training addresses yoginis who are particularly interested in celebrating the divine energy of the feminine and be part of the change we want to see in this world! Let's be co-creators of the new divine masculine energy being birthed on this planet and help both divine feminine and masculine energies heal together, unite so we can manifest a vibrant life and health in balance and truth!

This training deliberately gravitates towards the creative matrix, the Yin, an aspect forgotten over the years when yoga’s evolution was driven by men. Our focus will be a more spiritual approach to yoga: how do we create powerful bonds between our experience on the yoga mat and our daily life’s ups and downs? How do we better receive the wisdom and teachings of our physical bodies?

This training is well-suited for non-graduated yogis for a personal interest to find the myofascial release benefits of a YIN YOGA approach and seeking to be more empowered and independent in this type of daily practice to free themselves of their past.

This training is also designed for graduated yoga teachers wishing to dive deeper into the Yin aspect of Yoga, from traditional to progressive approaches, wanting to share the deep wisdom and healing possible in this application.

You’re also welcome if you seek personal healing and transformation in your life.

Official invoice for tax purposes provided. Diploma officially recognized by the Canadian Yoga Alliance (CYA).

40 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training:

10 hours Traditional Yin Yoga approach (masculine energy of myofascial release)
10 hours Progressive Yin Yoga approach (feminine energy of myofascial release- micro movements, unwinding approach)
5 hours of Yoga Nidra & understanding nervous system, brain waves quantum physics
5 hours of the mariage/ tantric union of both feminine and masculine approaches Yin Yang balance- biotensegrity model.
5 hours fascias and meridians, Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda wisdoms, Taoism and Tantra philosophies
5 hours teaching Yin Yoga, and how to apply yin in daily living

Investment in yourSelf: 488$ plus taxes, including diploma and official income taxes receipt.
